PreFlight

1. Scope

These terms govern the purchase of the PreFlight Pro plan, a SaaS technical verification tool for WordPress projects.

Purchasing the Pro plan implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Service owner

Service owner: Ellie Miguel

Activity: digital services and online technical verification tools.

3. Service description

The Pro plan provides advanced functionality compared with the free access level, including:

• Detailed technical guidance for issue resolution.
• Contextual diagnosis based on detected signals.
• Audit history linked to a user account.
• Additional functionality that may be incorporated in the future.

The service is provided online and accessed through a user account.

4. Pricing, taxes, and invoicing

The price of the Pro plan will be the one shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Prices will indicate clearly whether taxes are included.

Where VAT or other taxes apply, they will be charged in accordance with current regulations and the user's tax situation.

The user is responsible for providing accurate tax information for correct invoicing.

5. Payment method

Payments are processed through Stripe, an external payment service provider.

PreFlight does not directly store card or bank details.

Charges are made periodically according to the selected subscription plan.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

The user may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing cycle from the account area.

Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not entitle the user to a refund of amounts already paid unless required by applicable law.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under consumer protection rules, the user acknowledges that access to the Pro plan involves the supply of digital content that starts immediately after purchase.

By activating the subscription, the user expressly agrees to the start of the service and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

8. Use of the PreFlight badge

The PreFlight badge may only be used on sites that meet the criteria in force at the time of analysis.

Improper use, manipulation, or display of the badge on non-compliant sites may lead to withdrawal of the right to use it.

9. Limitation of liability

PreFlight performs automated checks based solely on publicly visible technical signals.

It does not guarantee:

• The total absence of vulnerabilities or errors.
• The detection of internal configurations that are not publicly accessible.
• The continued technical state of a site after changes are made following the analysis.

Implementation of improvements and use of the results remain the responsibility of the user.

10. Service updates

PreFlight may update, modify, or expand the functionality of the Pro plan, as well as the criteria of the technical standard, in order to improve the service.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will submit to the courts that apply under current regulations.
